POC

Proof of Concept

The solution

A Proof of Concept is a focused build that answers your riskiest questions before you commit to a full product. We take the highest-uncertainty assumptions from your product brief and build just enough to test them with real users and real data.

What to prepare

01

A product brief

A clear description of what you're building and why. If you've been through Product Therapy, you already have this.

02

Key assumptions

The two or three things that must be true for your product to succeed. We'll design the POC to test these directly.

03

Test users

Access to five to ten people who represent your target audience. They'll interact with the prototype during validation.

The process

Weeks 1–2

Design & prototype

We design and build a working prototype focused on your core assumptions. Just enough fidelity to feel real, just lean enough to iterate fast.

Week 3

User testing

We put the prototype in front of real users and observe what works and what doesn't. Structured sessions with clear success criteria.

Week 4

Analysis & recommendation

We compile findings into a clear report: what we tested, what we learned, and a concrete recommendation for your next step.

Deliverables

Working Prototype

A functional prototype that demonstrates your core concept. Deployed and accessible for stakeholder review.
