In a Build session, we bring together designers and programmers to make your app ready to ship. Build is the last step: the rough idea we started with becomes a polished app with everything it needs to ship. We build to learn, so we launch early and adjust as real people start using it.
What to prepare

A Build starts from a problem we already understand. If we haven't unpacked the idea together, we start there.
A decision to launch
A budget, a rough timeline, and someone on your side who owns the product. A proof of concept helps, but isn't required.
The process
Build
Loam builds. We design, write code, and wire up the pieces a real app needs, and note what we learned along the way.
Review
We meet to review the work. We try it, decide what ships next, and adjust the plan to fit the time left.
